We only accept bank transfer and tng at the moment.
3. Shipping option
- Delivery
- Self pick-up.(kindly remarks at the payment gateway and reach our Instagram dms for the pick-up location and arrangement)
4. Delivery location
Only Malaysia and Singapore at the moment.
5. Status of the stocks
Most items are preordered, unless there is an active 'instock' option in the product page.
Preordered items usually take 2 weeks for us to proceed.
6. Preorder cut off date
We cut off every 5th,10th,15th,20th,25th,30th of every month.
7. How to check the order status
Once order is shipped, you would expected to receive an email notifying about the matters.
Tracking number will be included in the email.
8. How to combine new orders with the previous un-shipped order (to save shipping fees)
Kindly remarks "combine order with #xxxx " at the payment gateway with your previous order ID.
Also,please contact us via Instagram @feeedescloset for comfirmation, we will refund the extra shipping amount to you.
9. How to change my shipping details after payment?
Kindly drop us a message through Instagram @feeedescloset with your orderID.

EM RM13 ( RM180 OR ABOVE FREE SHIPPING )
SG RM28 ( FIRST 3 ITEMS, ADDITIONAL RM8 FOR EACH ITEM BEYOND 3)
11. Do you provide exchange services?
Exchange services are only available for customer who received wrong shipped/
defective products. Kindly refer to the Return & Refund policy.
